The Problem
When a classic but somewhat dusty big-name hotel brand* was going through a rebrand, they struggled with finding a voice that expressed who they are while differentiating themselves in a crowded market. This trusty gem of a hotel brand needed some tlc.
The brand team had gone through three writers, and by the time they came to us, both patience and time were in short supply. They were missing deadlines. The big boss was getting antsy. The divisions were complaining. They needed a solution fast.
